Brenda Jones

Brenda Jones is Administrative Resources Coordinator for the United States Small Business Administration Mid – Atlantic Region, with 27+ years of government service.  She is the principle administrative advisor to the Regional Office in matters related to budget execution and fiscal accounting, well as the principle contact with the Office of Field Operations, tasked with enhancing the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of administrative operations throughout the Region.  She is also designated as a Master Training Specialist by the Chief of Naval Education. 

Brenda joined SBA in April 2011 after serving as Military Support Specialist for the Center for Naval Engineering Detachment Philadelphia (CNED) - Naval Ship Systems Engineering Station (NAVSSES) in Philadelphia, where she was principle administrative advisor, security manager, programs coordinator and point of contact with upper echelon commands on all personnel, administrative and facilities-related functions, and was responsible for all budget actions with an annual budget of one million dollars in direct and reimbursable funds to determine and report the financial stability of the command to the Officer-in-Charge.

Brenda graduated from Temple University, Fox School of Business and Management, in Philadelphia, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Human Resource Management.
