Conflict is a natural part of life. It can happen in any relationship, whether it's between friends, family members, co-workers, or romantic partners. Conflict can be positive or negative, depending on how it's handled. When handled effectively, conflict can lead to positive change and growth; however, when handled poorly, conflict can damage relationships and lead to negative outcomes.
