PRESENTER BIO:

Yolanda Durant has been with the Internal Revenue Service since 2012. As a Stakeholder Liaison, she builds and maintains beneficial relationships, facilitates communications and coordination efforts in the public and private sectors.

In 2012 Yolanda enhanced her problem-solving skills by obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. “Art is my life, my passion, and my therapy. Painting, drawing, creating, and dancing is what I live for. Being a part of Stakeholder Liaison allows me to share my work and creative journey with the world.” 

Anthony Ferraro is a Stakeholder Liaison with the Internal Revenue Service. He engages with small business, practitioner, and industry groups to provide information regarding new IRS policies, procedures, and practices to ensure understanding and compliance.

Anthony started his career with the Internal Revenue Service in 2001 processing Employer Identification Numbers. He later became a Tax Compliance Officer examining small business and individual tax returns. He has volunteered in the Taxpayer Assistance Office and has served under FEMA for disaster relief.
