Whether you’re a current Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), previously a DBE, or just curious about DBE certification, this program is for you. Not only will this program provide an overview of the DBE program, but it will also provide important updates about the significantly updated regulations that go into effect on May 9, 2024.

• Radical changes to the program that will allow more businesses to be certified (including those that were previously denied).
• New regulations to reduce the administrative hassle associated with maintaining your certification (including the dreaded annual affidavits and interstate certification).
• Updates that may affect how long your business can remain a DBE.
