A no-cost informational session for small businesses to learn about gaining contracts with the
University of Pittsburgh system. Hear from representatives of several Pitt departments!

This program will help business owners to:

  • Better understand the overall purchasing process
  • Learn how to qualify to become a potential supplier to the University
  • Create awareness to market and sell within the University community

Who Should Attend?

  • Business owners who are currently doing business with Pitt but wish to increase their volume
  • Business owners that have an interest in working with the University community

PLUS: SPECIAL TOPIC Mentor-Protégé Program The Contractor Mentor-Protégé Program encourages larger construction firms to develop relationships with minority businesses in the Pittsburgh region to assist the University in expanding its commitments to grow local minority businesses. The program aims to build relationships, strengthen diversity in construction, and help establish additional, valuable construction resources in the Pittsburgh area
