Regional Administrator
Annie Spilman serves as the South Central Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, overseeing operations and economic development across Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
A seasoned legislative strategist with over 25 years of public policy experience, Ms. Spilman previously founded MainStreet Relations and served as the Texas state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). She began her career in the Texas House of Representatives in 2000 and is widely recognized for building bipartisan coalitions and advocating for Main Street job creators across state media.
A sixth-generation Texan and graduate of Texas State University, Ms. Spilman is committed to expanding access to capital and eliminating barriers for entrepreneurs throughout the South Central Region.
