Jennifer Prescott currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Prior to this role, she represented public and private companies and individuals in litigation and government investigations at an international law firm. She has also served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as a policy advisor on the U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce, and as a Special Advisor for Legislation and Outreach at the U.S. Department of Education.
