General Counsel
Wendell Davis currently serves as the General Counsel for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Prior to this role, Mr. Davis served as SBA Regional Administrator, overseeing SBA programs, offices and operations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Mr. Davis previously served as Managing Partner for DCB Law Group LLC where he established the firm’s Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Mr. Davis has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Central Connecticut State University and is a past president of the University’s alumni association. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and comes to the SBA with 15 years’ experience as small business owner.
