Premier Certified Lenders Program Security Agreement

This form must be completed by all PCLP CDCs when establishing a Loan Loss Reserve Fund.

PCLP CDC must coordinate with its Lead SBA Field Office to execute and deliver an original copy of SBA Form 2229.
