Event description
This webinar will introduce participants to basic Lean methodologies and techniques. These methodologies were originally developed by Toyota Motor Company (The Toyota Production System) to reduce manufacturing costs, improve production efficiencies, and reduce lead time. This system was later coined “Lean Manufacturing” and Lean methodologies are now used across manufacturing and service industries to improve performance, quality, and customer value.
