Event description
Businesses interested in exporting, manufacturing or growth, including service providers, join us on the road August 24 - 28, 2026!
International markets provide a growth opportunity for many small businesses in manufacturing and in services. Companies that become successful in exporting tend to increase their revenues, be more productive, more innovative, more resilient, and be strong employers - and they "import" money back into their communities. Yet often small businesses don't know how to get started, how to approach international markets strategically, or understand the resources available to help them evaluate their potential and make smart decisions.
Each session will feature an overview of resources to help small businesses export from the Export Import Bank of the U.S. (EXIM), U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Commercial Service, the Kansas Department of Commerce, and local industries with export experience.
