Description
Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the New Orleans Job Corps Center, is seeking a qualified subcontractor to provide grass mowing and landscape maintenance services under an Open Annual Agreement. The scope of work includes mowing the grass surrounding the approximately 4,600-square-foot parking lot, all exterior grounds, and the interior courtyard;
trimming courtyard hedges; seasonal trimming of courtyard and exterior trees; and removing all grass clippings and debris on each scheduled service day. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform the work safely, professionally, and in a timely manner. The successful contractor must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Louisiana, maintain all required insurance, and have demonstrated experience providing commercial landscape maintenance services.
