GSE Construction Co., Inc. is soliciting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the Central Coast Blue AWPF project (2026-138), 966 Huber St., Pismo Beach, CA 93433, for the City of Pismo Beach. This Design-Build project involves construction of a new 0.50 MGD Advanced Water Purification Facility to produce approximately 500 acre-feet per year of purified water. Scope includes a 200,000-gallon equalization tank, MF/UF and two-stage reverse osmosis treatment, UV/AOP, post-treatment stabilization and chlorination, chemical storage and feed facilities, purified water storage and pumping, approximately 2,000 LF of HDPE conveyance pipelines, groundwater recharge infrastructure (one injection well, two monitoring wells), and electrical/instrumentation/SCADA/controls.
