Description
PROGRESSIVE DESIGN BUILD (PDB) GMP 1:
SCOPE FOR PHASE 1 INCLUDES APPROXIMATELY 17,000 LINEAR FEET OF WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT. CONSTRUCTION IS ANTICIPATED TO BEGIN IN MID-JULY 2026. THE EXTENT OF THIS PHASE TARGETS THE REPLACEMENT OF AGING MAINS AND RELOCATION OF BACKYARD WATER MAINS AND SERVICES TO FRONT-YARD METER LOCATIONS TO SUPPORT THE ULTIMATE ABANDONMENT OF OLDER INFRASTRUCTURE. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF TAHOMA, CA AND IS COMPLETELY WITHIN EL DORADO COUNTY.
All subcontractors at every tier will use a skilled and trained workforce (STW) to perform all work on the project that falls within an apprenticeable occupation in accordance with CA PCC 2600.
