USACE Letterkenny Rocket & Missile Maintenance Facility

This Design-Bid-Build project includes construction of a new 45,000 SF Rocket and Missile Maintenance Facility (tilt-up warehouse) with associated administrative spaces, a 10,000 SF storage building, and a 1,000 SF forklift charging shed. Site development includes earthwork, stormwater management/BMPs, fencing, roadways, hardscapes, and infrastructure supporting the loading and unloading of munitions.
The project also includes replacement of the existing Voelz Gate Access Control Point, consisting of a new 1,600 SF gatehouse, inbound and outbound inspection lanes, commercial vehicle inspection canopies, active and passive vehicle barriers, and related site improvements including earthwork, fencing, roadways, and hardscape areas.
The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements, and applicable taxes.
