Kelly Chambers serves as the Pacific Northwest Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she leads SBA’s efforts to help entrepreneurs start, grow expand and recover their businesses throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.

As a small business owner for more than 20 years, Kelly has helped build the nationally recognized Visiting Angels brand. While creating jobs and navigating challenges, she gained a practical understanding of the opportunities and obstacles America’s small businesses face every day.

Prior to joining SBA, Kelly served three terms in the Washington State House of Representatives, where she worked on issues affect affecting economic development, workforce transportation, public safety, and the state’s business climate. Her experience in both private and public sectors allow her to connect entrepreneurs with resources they need to start, grow, and succeed.

Kelly is also a board member of Puget Sound Honor Flight, a nonprofit dedicated to honoring America’s veterans by flying them to Washington D.C. to visit the memorials built in recognition of their service and sacrifice. She is passionate about supporting veterans, strengthening local communities, and expanding opportunities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
