ASL Video Customer Support
SBA has launched the American Sign Language Video Customer Support Line which allows deaf and hard of hearing customers to communicate directly with the SBA over videophone. Now deaf and hard of hearing customers have a better option to communicate with the SBA to get service or support for their businesses.
Barry Samuels serves as a Sign Language Interpreter in the Office of Field Operations, working to expand SBA's accessibility and outreach to the deaf and hard of hearing community. He can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-798-8886 VP.
Additional ASL Services
SBA's Office of Diversity Inclusion and Civil Rights Office will assist persons with disabilities from the public who require alternative means of communication (e.g., American Sign Language) at all SBA District Offices, outreach events, forums and leadership meetings.
