It examines the economic outcomes and impacts from all Navy SBIR/STTR Phase II awards completed during the fiscal year (FY) 2000-2013 period, providing definitive answers to the question: What resulted from the Navy’s SBIR/STTR investment of nearly $2.3 billion, provided to companies nationwide in 2,734 separate SBIR/STTR contracts?
