CAPLines Authorization File Library

CAPLines Wizard zip file contains the CAPlines Authorization Wizard, Boilerplate, and WizardFacts.

Requirements:

• Operating System:  Windows 7 or Windows 10.
• Microsoft Word 2010, Word 2013, or Word 2016.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download and unzip CapLines Wizard.zip to your computer.
2. Double click CopyTemplateFiles.bat.
3. Read the WizardFacts.docx for additional installation instructions.
4. Double click CAPLines Wizard 2012.

The Authorization Wizard is ready for use.  

To view the Boilerplate after the wizard has been installed:

Note: You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the Boilerplate.

In the Wizard menu, select National Authorization Boilerplate.

The standardized text for a Loan Agreement and the Borrower's Certification which is required by the Authorization is available in Appendix D to the Boilerplate.
