This SCORE workshop will help guide you to explore the commercial feasibility of the business idea you have had and want to move forward with it. It will help you answer the following basic questions that anyone who supports you in your venture either as an investor or an early adopter may have. More importantly, it will help you frame your idea in practical terms to help your customers and help you make your business financially successful.

The questions whose possible answers and reasons that we will discuss are: What is the need for the product or service? Your potential customers? Who is the competition and how are you different or unique? What is the need for a clear financial and funding plan and how is that evaluated by others? What are the marketing avenues and your approaches? What value or social value does your business idea add? What are the next steps (resources like SCORE) you could take?
