When your business sells products and/or services to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the relationship is governed by the “Kentucky Model Procurement Code” in KRS Chapter 45A. Local public agencies may also adopt this law to govern their own purchases from you. This webinar will include discussion of things you must do, and things you should avoid, when pursuing sales opportunities subject to Kentucky’s procurement law.
Attorney Paul Harnice has been a trusted advisor to Kentucky businesses for more than thirty years. His work includes avoiding disputes through strategic thinking focused on positive results. Mr. Harnice, a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, is a Partner at Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC.
