FULL SERIES - ALL FOUR SESSIONS
Session 1: June 10: 9:00am-11:00am “Conflict Resolution & Critical-Thinking Skills”
Disciplined conflict resolution and critical thinking skills are the centerpieces for resolving interpersonal and operational problems is an effective, lasting manner. But the idea that every problem can or should be solved is wrong; some friction is often necessary to produce the best business strategies. Through these exchanges, it is each leader’s job to not just resolve problems, but to breakdown existing biases and training followers to think on their own so they can become effective future leaders.
Session 2: June 11: 9:00am-11:00am “Employment Law for Emerging Leaders”
Healthy employee relations are at the core of every successful organization, but strong leadership alone is not enough to guarantee a legally-compliant human resources management function. The evolving workforce dynamics and shifting HR paradigms continue to shape the way businesses operate. This session covers key federal and state employment laws in 2025 and discusses essential processes and source documents that organizations of any size should have in place to ensure effective, legally sound management of human resources.
Session 3: June 17: 9:00am-11:00am “Employee Motivation & Accountability”
Quality employees are the lifeblood of any organization and many companies spend thousands of dollars just trying to amass the right team. Needless to say, a robust process for recruiting, retaining, and motivating talent is critical to company success. However, maintaining motivation also includes upholding a high performance standard and few things are as personally challenging for a leader as holding others accountable. This training module explores recruiting, retaining, and motivating employees in the current labor environment and methodically coaching those employees to improved performance.
Session 4: June 18: 9:00am-11:00am “Leadership & Management Skills”
Managers manage things and leaders lead people –both functions have their time and place as the former is task-oriented and the former relationship-oriented. Knowing when and how to applied either skill is discussed in detail in this session. This training is designed for both experienced or new leaders in the workforce regardless of industry and focuses on effective management techniques, successful leadership traits, personal versus position power, as well as situational leadership skills.
