Instructor Bio
Taught by Josh Durham Owner & Founder of Gamut Project Solutions With 20 years and counting in the building industry, Josh Durham knows construction from the ground up. He graduated with honors from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Construction Management. He spent the next 17 years at Hoffman Construction Company, the Northwest’s largest general contractor, serving in project management roles on some of the most complex projects in the region. After two decades in the trenches, he understands the high-stakes environment of commercial construction. He has made it his mission to help people avoid the pitfalls and, more importantly, take proactive steps that save them time, money, and headaches.
