Small Entity Roundtable on HHS RFI for Deregulatory Suggestions for Revision or Elimination

The Office of Advocacy will host a virtual Small Business Roundtable to discuss the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Request for Information (RFI) on regulatory review and reform. The roundtable will be held on June 17, 2025, from 1 pm to 3 pm EST on the Microsoft Teams platform. 

The HHS RFI seeks information from a range of health care sector stakeholders, including:

• Health care providers and suppliers;
• Health and drug plans and payers;
• Public health agencies;
• Long term care facilities;
• Pharmacists and pharmacy associations;
• Health and human services professionals;
• Farmers, food producers, distributors and food retailers; and
• Health technology organizations.

While HHS’s RFI seeks information from a broad cross section of the health care sector, this is your opportunity to be heard on any deregulatory suggestions you may have that will reduce barriers to the success of your small business. Advocacy encourages any groups representing small businesses to also invite their small business members to participate in the discussion and have their voices heard. Following the roundtable, we will ask that any issues you offer be provided to us in writing via email so we can ensure that your suggestions are accurately reflected in any Advocacy response to HHS.
