Learn how the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) melds good business strategy with exit planning to allow you as the business owner to always be ready to exit as you grow your business.

NH SBDC’s LeAF program offers eligible NH SBDC clients up to 5 total hours of free, one-on-one consulting with a Legal, Accounting, or Financial professional. Whether you're launching a startup, reviewing contracts, or navigating financial documents, LeAF connects you with the expertise you need to grow your business confidently.

LeAF participants must be NH SBDC clients, have completed a Request for Counseling, and have had at least one advising session with a NH SBDC Business Advisor. If approved, a client is eligible for up to 5 hours of Legal, Accounting, or Financial Advisory consultant work, at no charge to the client. Once the 5 hours have been exhausted, the client may choose to engage with the consultant at their own expense.
