Heard of ChatGPT but not sure what it actually does—or how it might help your business? You’re not alone! This friendly, beginner-only session is designed specifically for small business who are curious about AI but have no experience using it.

In this practical webinar, we’ll cover:

• What ChatGPT is (and isn’t)—in plain English
• Tips for getting started, asking good questions (called prompts), and avoiding common mistakes
• How to use it as a super helpful assistant to write emails, brainstorm ideas, or explain complicated topics
• How it can become a creative partner for drafting social media posts, job descriptions, or customer responses
• Real-world examples of how small businesses are using ChatGPT
• We'll also talk briefly about what "generative AI" means and how it compares to other types of AI.

This session is ideal for people who are completely new to ChatGPT or just starting to explore it. We’re keeping things basic. Designed for people with no or very little prior experience!

If you’re already actively using ChatGPT, this may feel too introductory. We want to make space for true beginners to explore without pressure.
