For the last 15 years, she has assisted hundreds of nonprofits, membership organizations, private schools and colleges/universities, solopreneurs and small businesses across the country. Some of her local clients include Leadership Nashville, Nashville Entrepreneur Center, Second Harvest Food Bank; and she previously served as a CRM software Expert with the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM). Prior to consulting, she spent 13 years in various roles in fundraising/development and membership with nonprofits.
Felicia is known for her creative energy, her passion for systems and processes, and the sense of humor she brings to each project. She is based in Antioch, TN.
