VBOC of the Pacific is collaborating with Women’s Business Center at YWCA Kokokahi to present a hands-on Business Model Canvas training workshop.  The BMC is designed to help businesses understand how they create, deliver, and capture value. It is a visual framework that helps to structure a business idea and identify potential opportunities and challenges. It consists of nine core building blocks:

• Revenue Streams
• Key Resources
• Key Activities
• Key Partners
• Cost Structure
