INSTRUCTOR
Cheryl Brown
Mrs. Brown is a recognized leader in Government Procurement, having helped over 4,000 small businesses secure nearly $1 billion in contracts with local, state, and federal agencies. As Director of the North San Diego SBDC at MiraCosta College and a small business owner herself, she brings a practical, results-driven approach to guiding entrepreneurs through certifications, proposals, and growth strategies.
She holds an MBA, several professional certifications, and has earned national recognition, including awards from the SBA and other government leaders. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering small businesses and fostering economic development.
