Creating financial projections might sound intimidating, but they’re one of the most important tools for starting and running a small business. As the third session in our Startup Series, this webinar will show you how to build realistic, simple projections that can help you make informed decisions and move your business forward.

Maine SBDC Business Advisor Peter Harriman will walk you through estimating sales, understanding costs, and cash flow planning. You’ll also learn how financial projections connect to your business planning and why they’re often required for funding applications.

This is Part 3 in the Startup Series. The first two webinars covered startup fundamentals and business planning tools, but you can attend this one even if you missed those.
