Event description
Whether you’re just starting out or have been running your business for years, the pressures of entrepreneurship don’t simply disappear with experience—they evolve. Many business owners, regardless of tenure, find themselves caught in a cycle of doing more and pushing harder, measuring success by activity instead of alignment.
This highly practical and reflective session explores the forces that drive your business, and how to grow from a place of clarity—not exhaustion. You’ll uncover universal strategies for building (and scaling) a business that supports your well-being, aligns with your values, and avoids the costly trap of burnout—a challenge faced as much by seasoned entrepreneurs as by those just getting started.
Grounded in real-world stories and actionable insights, this workshop helps you step back, re-center, and take clear, purposeful action — no matter what stage of business you’re in.
Three Key Takeaways:
Diagnose Your “Driver”: Learn to identify whether clarity, legacy, or exhaustion is steering your business right now, so you can course-correct before burnout sets in—at any stage of entrepreneurship.
Break the Burnout Cycle: Discover proven mindset shifts and preventative strategies that help entrepreneurs of all experience levels create boundaries, set sustainable goals, and maintain energy for the long haul.
Lead with Intention: Walk away with a simple, actionable framework for making values-driven decisions that protect your well-being and future—regardless of how long you’ve been in business.
