Now that Sue’s Coffee Shop has a strong Value Proposition, let’s build the business and look towards the future.

We’ll start with the Business Model Canvas, which concentrates on building the business structure. And finally, the Environment Canvas looks for outside forces that could impact on your business. With all three maps completed, you now have the framework to write a Business Plan.

You will learn how to identify:

  1. How do you get, keep and grow your customer base?
  2. What are the key activities, resources and partners needed to ensure your product and value proposition?
  3. Who are your competitors?
  4. What trends are making an impact that can affect your business?
