and cost money. This interactive program gives you practical, real-world
conflict resolution and communication tools to move beyond a mere
“settlement” (where everyone leaves unhappy) toward a true resolution that
strengthens relationships and drives business and personal success.
In this results-focused course, you’ll learn how to:

negotiation experience, including serving as Assistant Corporate Counsel for
Nike, Sam has resolved disputes in industries ranging from Admiralty to Zoning.
