- Woman Owned Certification – Majority Woman Owned Businesses – at least 51% ownership
- Veteran Owned Certification – Veteran Business Owners – at least 51% ownership
- Servis Disabled Veterans Owned Certification – Service-Connected Disability plus at least 51% Veteran Owned
- HUBZone Certification – Business must be in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) which is area characterized by low income and high unemployment
