Event description

Keeping your business financially healthy starts with knowing where your money is going—and where it’s coming from. In this workshop, you’ll work through a step-by-step cash flow projection exercise with guidance from an experienced SBDC Business Advisor.

You’ll learn how to:

• Identify and track your income and expenses
• Understand your cash flow patterns
• Project your cash flow for the next 3 years
• Use your projections to make better business decisions

Whether you’re launching a new business or running an established one, this class will give you the tools and confidence to forecast your financial future. After completing the workshop, you are invited to sign up for a 1:1, no-cost session with a Southwest Indiana SBDC Business Advisor to develop your own cash flow projections.
