Change is constant—but leading through it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. This course equips leaders and emerging professionals with practical strategies to navigate, influence, and implement change effectively, even when they aren’t the ones driving the decisions. Participants will learn to clarify roles, translate big-picture goals into actionable steps, and apply collaborative approaches to strengthen outcomes. Through tools and techniques for influencing without formal authority, attendees will build confidence in guiding their teams and themselves through transitions with adaptability and impact.
