Industry Day is open to all businesses - both small and large - interested in working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Galveston District.
Briefings from Galveston District leadership and University of Houston APEX Accelerator, Dennis McIntosh, will provide information on "How To Do Business With Galveston District". Afternoon sessions will focus on Contract Hot Topics and project-specific details, needs, and more. This event will be a great opportunity to learn about projects within the Galveston District.
SBA Houston Business Opportunity Specialists Ida Benson and Jesus Gomez will be presenting on "Small Business Administration (SBA) Legislative Updates, Mentor-Protégé and Subcontracting Programs" during Industry Day.
