Gordon is a retired manufacturing executive from the apparel industry. As Vice President of Manufacturing and Sourcing, Gordon managed multiple -plant operations and international sourcing to deliver retail apparel products on-time and at competitive cost structures. His 35 year career also served the government market as a uniform supplier of both domestic and imported products. His industry expertise involves all aspects of the product life cycle and organization management of union and non-union environments.

During his last 5 years, he began giving back by teaching small businesses how to find, bid, and win those government contracts for business growth. During this time his clients reported winning over $125M in local, state, and federal contracts.

s retirement he is still focused on continuing to assist small businesses in meeting their goals. He continues to work as a volunteer mentor of SCORE for 10 years.

His style is that of a flexible team player who is motivated to help small businesses.
