We are excited to offer a series of three online classes on financial management for your business. Each class will take on a different aspect of managing and planning your finances. If you’re a small business owner and/or senior manager these live, 2-hour classes will help you learn important skills and processes you can use right away.

The second class focuses on creating forecasts and budgets for your small business.

  • Building a Performance Dashboard
  • Understanding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Building a reporting system for those KPIs
