A 6-week hybrid cohort designed for entrepreneurs who have been in business 2+ years and are ready to scale with confidence.
Program Highlights:
- Mindset Reset & CEO Thinking – shift from hustling to building a sustainable enterprise
- Structuring for Success – build your B.A.I.L. team (Banker, Accountant, Insurance, Lawyer)
- Blueprint for Growth – create repeatable systems with the SOP Canvas
- Scaling Smart – strategies to expand without burnout
- Money Talks – strengthen financial wellness, reduce money anxiety, and build capital readiness
- Show Up & Stand Out – rebrand and pitch your business with clarity and impact
Capstone Project:
Participants complete a hands-on capstone by applying these tools to their own business, culminating in a final pitch presentation.

Application Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years in business
✔ Commitment to 100% participation in all sessions + Capstone Project
✔ Submission of a Business Model Canvas or Business Plan
