Did you know that you can challenge a government contract decision? Join us for a practical webinar on how to navigate bid protests, including when, why and how to speak up if you think a contract award was not handled fairly.

We will walk through what happens when you file a protest with the Government Accountability Office (GAO), what to expect if you go through your agency or the Court of Federal Claims, and what your options are for state and local contracts. We will also cover how to handle size and status protests through the SBA’s Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA), which is critical knowledge for small businesses protecting their set-aside opportunities.
