GROWTH360 is designed for business owners who want a clearer, more complete view of their business and a practical way to move forward. With a 360° perspective, entrepreneurs can avoid blind spots, focus on what matters most, and make better decisions every day.

This workshop introduces the GrowthWheel® Framework, a visual and action-oriented approach to business development. Instead of creating a traditional business plan, participants use tools like Decision Sheets and 30-60-90 Day Plans to guide discussion, prioritize initiatives, and turn ideas into action.

Growth360 supports the decisions business owners make daily by providing a shared language and structure for focus, agenda setting, decision-making, and execution. The framework stays true to how entrepreneurs naturally think and work, making it easier to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities across the business.

Participants leave with practical tools they can continue using to guide growth, improve clarity, and stay focused on the right priorities over time.

Please note participant qualifications:

• At least 2 years in business
• $50,000 or more in revenue in the prior year
• Owner working full time in the business
