LENDER TRAINING: SBA Lending for Closing Officers

Event description

This training focuses on post approval requirements for lenders whose responsibilities involve SBA loan closings.  What are the requirements for post approval due diligence?  What is the "T&C" Terms and Conditions document?  What should be on your closing checklist? What language is required in all Notes and lien instruments?  What pre-closing certifications should the borrower sign? We'll discuss these questions and more at this lender training.  The program is provided by the SBA Ohio district offices for Ohio lenders, but all lenders are more than welcome to attend.
