In this eye-opening workshop, librarian Emily Hersh from Texas State Library will introduce you to the myriad ways your local public library can benefit you and your business, both from inside the building’s four walls and from anywhere you can access the library’s website. She will demonstrate how your public library card will grant you access to a wealth of easy-to-search digital resources, and you will be sure to leave knowing how the library can support your business goals.

Emily Hersh is the Workforce Development Consultant at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, where she works to support the over 500 public libraries across Texas with the projects, programs, and partnerships that helps public library patrons grow small businesses, gain career skills, and find jobs. Emily has won multiple awards over her more than 15 years as a librarian.
