Smart Start #3 Business Plan Lab and Financial Projections

Event description

This is a high-intensity in-person business plan development workshop that will walk you through creating a Bankable Business Plan, including:

Marketing strategies, target niche and market, SWOT,  pricing strategy, and financial projections, all with the support of Certified Business Advisors and the help of AI.

Now a 1 DAY IN-PERSON Class held at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland from 9:30 AM until 2:30 PM, January 26th.

Light morning and afternoon refreshments will be served.

During this workshop we will dive into completing your business plan from start to finish with the help of AI and Business Advisors. You will be provided, industry research, and a step-by-step, hands-on guidance.
The goal of the Lab is to leave with a completed business plan. Additional, technical assistance will be provided via 1 on 1 sessions to tweak and branding of the business plans if needed. This session has prerequisites.

As a January offering, this workshop will be provided at no cost.

Prior to the Workshop:

Bring Laptop, or Tablet if possible.
You must be able to access your email.
You will receive guidance in the following:
Draft start-up costs.
Pricing Strategies: know your products, pricing.
Drafting your company mission statement and vision statement.

Our Professional Business Advisors will be on site to offer guidance.
