One Stop Shop for Small Business Compliance

When federal agencies publish regulations that may have a significant economic impact on small businesses, they are required to publish Small Entity Compliance Guides.

SBA’s Office of the National Ombudsman collects the guides from federal agencies, in accordance with The One Stop Shop for Small Business Compliance Act of 2021.

The table below contains links to federal agency websites and publications. You can also download a spreadsheet of available guides and rules.
