SBA Revokes Authority of SEM Resource Capital to Participate in the 504 Loan Program Revised by

Based upon a review of the record, including SBA records and submissions by SEM, and for the reasons detailed.

Based upon the regulatory non-compliance grounds set forth, SBA issued a Final Agency Decision to permanently revoke SEM’s ability to participate in the 504 lending program and to require SEM to permanently transfer its existing portfolio of SBA loans to a third-party servicer acting on SBA’s behalf.  For more information, the Final Agency Decision in its entirety can be found here.
