Policy Update to Priority Investment Themes

The purpose of this policy notice is to advise small business investment companies (SBICs) and SBIC applicants that SBA is updating its SBIC program priority investment themes as identified in SBA’s Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC) Program Standard Operating Procedures 10 10 01 (SOP).
