Evaluation of 8(a) Certified Firms

This study conducted a rigorous program evaluation to assess the performance of the 8(a) program by examining the market for goods and services supplied by 8(a) businesses and those demanded by federal agencies as well as identifying factors that predict whether 8(a) businesses are successful in winning prime federal contracts during and after their time in the 8(a) program.
