Federal Acquisition Regulation: Duties of Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide additional duties for the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), or for DoD, the Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). Additionally, the rule will include existing OSDBU duties that are not currently listed in the FAR. This rule implements paragraph (a) of Section 1813; and paragraph (b) of Section 1821 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of Fiscal Year 2017, which amends Section 15(k) of the Small Business Act.
